The General Data Protection Regulation

 

  1. The administrator of your personal data is Joka Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Tomaszów Mazowiecki at Warszawska 128/130, 97-200, telephone number: 44 726 17 10
  2. Your personal data will be processed in order to perform a concluded contract.
  3. According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the EU Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation):
    • the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes;
    • the data processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
    • the data processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the administrator or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child.
  4. Your data may be made available to other entities authorized under the law.
  5. Where applicable, your personal data may be transferred to partners, debt collection agencies, banks, postal operators, carriers, correspondence printing companies or companies handling correspondence received from the customers, the data archiving companies.
  6. Your personal data will be kept for the period as indicated below:
    • the personal data processed in order to conclude or perform a contract and in order to fulfill the legal obligation of the administrator  will be kept for the duration of the contract and the period after its expiry if it is necessary for:
      1. after-sales support (e.g. complaint handling);
      2. securing or seeking potential claims;
      3. fulfilling the administrator’s legitimate duties (e.g. liability resulting from tax or accounting regulations);
    • the personal data processed for the purpose of marketing products or services based on a justified legitimate interest will be retained until the data subject requests its deletion;
    • the personal data processed on the basis of a separate consent will be kept until its revocation.
  7. Joka Sp. z o.o. will not transfer your personal data to third countries or international organizations.
  8. You have the right to request from the administrator access to your personal data, their rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer the data and the right to withdraw your consent at any time (doing so does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on your consent prior to its withdrawal), the right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority.
  9. Providing your personal data is obligatory based on the general applicable law and voluntary in any other scope.
  10. Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be profiled.
