We are pleased to announce the completion of another investment carried out by Joka Budownictwo Sp. z o.o. for MLP GROUP S.A. in the Logistics Park in Czeladź.
The project was carried out on a ‘design and build’ basis, and the entire process – from the concept stage to the commissioning of the facility – took only four months.
The scope of work included the adaptation of a warehouse with a usable area of 3,350 m² for the needs of a new tenant, including the construction of social and office facilities with an area of 225.18 m² and a volume of 1,130.77 m³. At the same time, we completed the comprehensive construction of a free-standing office building using traditional technology with a built-up area of 264.20 m², as well as the reconstruction of the road system and the construction of a car park with 15 parking spaces.
This is another project completed by Joka Budownictwo in this location. Previously, for the same investor, we built warehouse halls B1 with a usable area of 11,128.61 m² and B2 with a usable area of 8,122.16 m², together with full technical infrastructure and internal communication system.
A particularly important element of the project is the fact that the investment has been awarded the BREEAM International New Construction v6.0 certificate at the Post-Construction Stage at the Excellent level, which confirms the high standards of quality, energy efficiency and a responsible approach to the environment.
