New contract for JOKA Budownictwo in Bytom

We are embarking on our first collaboration with Reich-cK sp. z o.o. – a Bytom-based manufacturer of rubber and rubber-metal components for industry, including highly flexible industrial couplings used in vehicles, locomotives, electricity generators and mining machinery.

Having won the tender, JOKA Budownictwo has signed a contract to carry out construction and installation works relating to the construction of a new production and storage hall in Bytom, including site development and the necessary technical infrastructure.

The new facility will have a floor area of approximately 2,000 m² and has been designed as a zero-emission hall, utilising, amongst other things, geothermal heating and a photovoltaic system. The project forms part of the further expansion of the Reich-cK plant and will enable an increase in its production capacity.

For JOKA Budownictwo, this marks a new client and the start of a collaboration on an exciting industrial project, in which construction solutions go hand in hand with minimising the facility’s environmental impact.

The project is now underway – we will be keeping you updated on its progress. In the meantime, here are some photos from the symbolic ground-breaking ceremony, which took place on 12 August.
