n February we completed an investment entitled 'Construction of a production and storage hall with a social and office building with a technical part and an R&D building, a gatehouse building, a fire water tank, underground liquid gas tanks, retaining walls and accompanying infrastructure in the area of the Katowice Special Economic Zone in Bieruń at Strefowa Street'.
The investor was Tenglong Polska Sp. z o.o., a company producing parts and accessories for motor vehicles (excluding motorbikes) and pipes, wires, hoses, as well as hollow profiles and steel connectors. It also carries out research and development work.
