Contract for:

Modernisation of the PPG DECO Polska plant in Wrocław

Scope of external works:

• construction of two foundation slabs for five silos:

       - a 16 m x 5 m foundation for three silos,

       - a 7.5 m x 4.5 m foundation for two silos,
         indirectly founded on CFA piles,

• construction of 2 drip trays (unloading stations for tankers),
• partial reconstruction of the road system,
• reconstruction of the storm water drainage system,
  electrical system and external lighting,
• construction of a mezzanine on the roof of the building
  to service the new technology.

Scope of internal works:

• bricklaying works in technical rooms,
• demolition works – floors, stairs, roofs, ceilings and flat roofs,
• foundations for production equipment,
•  steel structures for new technology
  (including external staircase),
• accompanying works, i.e. sanitary and electrical installations
  (adaptation of building installations to the planned changes).
